Great projects need capable people behind them. The Merry Men Academy is JCI Mandaue's in-house training ground, where members grow into confident, well-rounded leaders through structured learning rather than learning on the fly.
Through a steady rhythm of workshops, mentorship, and skill-building sessions, the Academy covers the competencies that move our work forward: leadership and public speaking, project management, parliamentary procedure, financial stewardship, and the JCI fundamentals every active citizen should carry. Seasoned members and invited experts pass on what they know, so knowledge stays in the chapter and compounds year after year.
The payoff is felt across everything we do. Members who train here run sharper projects, chair committees with confidence, and step up when the community needs them. The Academy keeps the brotherhood strong from the inside out, turning today's eager volunteers into tomorrow's dependable leaders.
