Project ALLY
JCI Mandaue's flagship for equality — empowering, educating, and standing with Mandaue's LGBTQ+ community and their allies. Over 1,300 lives touched in three years.
In Mandaue City, members of the LGBTQ+ community still face discrimination and exclusion that chip away at their dignity and sense of belonging. Project ALLY is JCI Mandaue's standing answer — an inclusive flagship built on empowerment, education, advocacy, and support, and a public promise that here, allyship is something we live, not just say.
Now in its third generation as Project Ally 3.0, the initiative pairs year-round advocacy with visible solidarity. The Merry Men of JCI Mandaue don't just call themselves allies — they show up. From inclusive education and empowerment activities to marching shoulder to shoulder at the Mandaue Pride March, we celebrate every color in the spectrum and push for a community where respect and equality are the norm.
Over three years, Project ALLY has positively impacted more than 1,300 LGBT members and allies in Mandaue City and generated ₱440,000 in program value. Established in 2022, it remains one of our proudest expressions of brotherhood with purpose — proof that when a community chooses inclusion, everyone walks taller, prouder, and united.
