Project YOU is JCI Mandaue's answer — a guided pathway designed to welcome every member and walk with them from day one.

Project YOU institutionalizes member integration: structured onboarding, mentorship from seasoned Merry Men, and clear milestones that move a new member from orientation toward active leadership and real community impact. Rather than leaving growth to chance, it gives each person purpose, direction, and a brotherhood that has their back at every step.
