Service to humanity is the highest work of life — but it only inspires others when people get to see it. Merry Spotlight is JCI Mandaue's in-house storytelling team, capturing the chapter's work as it happens and turning it into honest, well-crafted content for Facebook, Instagram, and the chapter website.
A rotating crew of member-creators covers each project on the ground: behind-the-scenes reels, photo recaps, partner shout-outs, and short features on the people the Merry Men serve. The goal is consistency — keeping the community in the loop between big events, not just during them.
Beyond promotion, Spotlight builds a living archive of the chapter's impact and trains members in photography, copywriting, and basic editing along the way. It's the same play that made MandaWe Magazine award-winning, brought to the everyday rhythm of the brotherhood — proof that visibility done right is service in itself.
