President's Message · 2024

Kristoffer Jun Yurong

“Kaya ko ba?”

I think every leader has asked this question at some point, not out of weakness but out of responsibility. Because when you lead, it’s no longer just about you. It’s about the people you serve, the decisions you make, and the impact you leave behind.

But I’ve learned this:Leadership is not about having all the answers. It’s about having the courage to move forward, even when you’re unsure. So instead of asking, “Kaya ko ba?” I now ask, “Paano ko kakayanin?” And the moment you shift that question, you stop doubting. Instead, you start leading.

Because the truth is, you don’t need to be 100% ready to lead.

You just need to be willing to grow, to learn, and to take that next step.

Kaya mo ba?

You won’t know until you do so.
